Frequently asked questions about the digital gift card.
Where is the gift card valid?
At Kuutsekas, Munakas, Vimka, Munaka Resto and Skishop.
How long is the gift card valid?
Five years from the date of purchase. The exact expiry date is shown on the card.
Do I have to use the whole card at once?
No. You can use the card several times until its full value is used. The remaining balance is shown on the card's web page and at the till.
What if the purchase is more than the card balance?
You can pay the difference by other means.
Can I give a season pass?
Yes. Buy a gift card for the season pass price – see prices. If the card is bought by 10.11.2026, the pre-sale price applies even if the season pass is collected later.
Who receives the gift card e-mail?
The buyer. You can forward the card to the recipient or print it out.
What if the gift card does not arrive?
Check your spam folder. If the e-mail has not arrived within an hour, write to ski@munakas.ee and include your order number.
Can I return the gift card?
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of purchase if the gift card has not been used. Write to ski@munakas.ee with the order number and the buyer's name.
What if I lose the card e-mail or PDF?
Write to ski@munakas.ee with your order number and we will send the same card to the buyer's e-mail again. Keep the card code safe like cash: anyone with the code can use the card.
