MUNAKA BIKE PARK BICYCLE AND E-BIKE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
To rent a bicycle, a written agreement is completed, in which the borrower's name, personal identification code, and phone number are indicated (hereinafter referred to as the borrower). The borrower must identify themselves with a valid EU document. If the borrower is a minor, their parent or guardian must sign the rental terms.
The lender, Extreme Sports Ltd., does not disclose the borrower's personal information to third parties.
The rental fee is paid in advance before the start of the rental period.
The lender is responsible for ensuring that the bicycles are in perfect condition and properly maintained.
The borrower is responsible for the bicycle, its parts, and additional equipment in full until the equipment is returned to the rental.
The borrower undertakes to:
- Care for the bicycle and additional equipment as a responsible person would care for their personal belongings.
- Use the bicycle only for its intended purpose.
- Compensate for any damage to the bicycle or theft of the bicycle, up to the full price of the bicycle, which is 3,500 euros.
- Follow the traffic regulations in force in Estonia and the rules of Munaka Bike Park.
- Return the bicycle to the rental no later than the end of the rental period. In case of delay, pay 4 euros for each subsequent started 15 minutes.
- Not leave the bicycle unattended.
- In case of bicycle theft, immediately notify the police and Munaka Bike Park at tel 7333701.
